The automotive field has become very complex with advances in technology. The need for highly trained automotive service technicians will continue to be in-demand. This academy will give you hands-on experience in testing and diagnosing, engine driveability diagnosis, automatic transmissions, gas engines, suspension, alignment, and basic collision repair.

Any 9th–12th grade student who meets the requirements and can travel to Âé¶¹Íø's Main Campus.
If you complete the Power Technology Academy, you will receive up to 16 credits (approximately a $3,500 value) toward your college degree!
You can continue your education at Âé¶¹Íø in programs such as the Auto Collision Technologies program, Automotive Technology program, and Diesel Technology program.
Classes for the Power Technology Academy are held on Âé¶¹Íø’s Main Campus.
Classes are currently held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:30–3 PM.
