Need a Ride? We Can Help

Â鶹Íø offers a free transportation service for current students. An AmeriCorps Driver will pick you up at the front entrance of the Â鶹Íø Center and can take you to:

  • local health appointments
  • local grocery stores
  • Waterloo Airport
  • Cedar Rapids Airport

Other stops may be approved—just ask.

To keep everyone safe and comfortable, please follow these rules when riding with the AmeriCorps Driver:

  • You must be a currently enrolled Â鶹Íø student.
  • Be respectful and courteous to the driver and fellow riders.
  • Â鶹Íø prohibits smoking, alcohol, vaping, or chewing tobacco on board.
  • Only scheduled stops are allowed—unscheduled pick-ups or drop-offs aren't permitted.
  • Since the shuttle is run by Â鶹Íø, your behavior is guided by the Student Handbook.

  • Seating is first-come, first-served.
  • Schedules are approximate and may change if needed.
  • The driver is in charge at all times and can address any issues while boarding, riding, or exiting. They may refuse service to anyone who doesn't follow the rules or poses a safety risk.
