Getting Started with Handshake

During sign-up, you’ll be prompted to connect with schools. Be sure to select Â鶹Íø and any other institutions you wish to reach.

One of the great features of Handshake is that only one company account is needed to recruit at any school on the platform—this includes colleges across Iowa, the U.S., and even the U.K.!

Connecting with Â鶹Íø Students and Alumni

Before posting job openings, you must be approved by Â鶹Íø’s Career Advising team. Please allow up to 24 hours for approval.

When you create a post on Handshake, you’ll choose which schools to target. Make sure to select at least one school to ensure your job opening reaches the right audience. You must be approved by each school before you can select it for your postings.
